Overview

AgentReplies provides AI-assisted email reply, approval, scheduling, and workspace tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

• Account and workspace information, including names, email addresses, company details, phone numbers, roles, and billing status.
• Content and metadata you provide through connected email, sequencing, Slack, CRM, and calendar services.
• Product usage, device, log, diagnostic, and support information.
• Payment information processed by Stripe. AgentReplies does not store complete card numbers.

Google Calendar data

When a user connects Google Calendar, AgentReplies requests only the permissions needed to authenticate the Google account, view calendar lists and free or busy availability, and create or manage calendar events at the user's direction. This may include calendar identifiers, availability, event details, attendee email addresses, and Google OAuth access and refresh tokens.

We use Google Calendar data to show availability, avoid scheduling conflicts, create requested meetings, add attendees, and maintain the calendar connection. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, sell it, or allow humans to read it except when necessary to provide support, protect security, comply with law, or with the user's permission.

Google OAuth tokens are stored on the backend using access controls and encryption safeguards and are not exposed in the AgentReplies dashboard. Users can disconnect Google Calendar in AgentReplies and can revoke access at any time from their Google Account.

AgentReplies' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, maintain, and improve AgentReplies.
• Generate and route reply drafts, apply workspace rules, and perform actions a user enables.
• Authenticate integrations, schedule meetings, and send configured notifications.
• Process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and communicate service changes.
• Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.

How we share information

We share information only as needed with vendors that help operate AgentReplies, such as hosting, database, authentication, payment, AI, communication, and monitoring providers; with connected services at your direction; to protect rights and safety or comply with law; or in connection with a business transaction. These providers may process information only for the services they provide to us.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect security. You may request account or data deletion by contacting us. We may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate security and billing purposes.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update account information, disconnect integrations, revoke Google access, or request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Local law may provide additional privacy rights.

Children

AgentReplies is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
