Terms of Service

Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of AgentReplies. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use AgentReplies for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
AgentReplies provides AI-assisted email reply drafting, approval workflows, automation controls, scheduling, and integrations. Features may change as the service evolves. You are responsible for configuring your workspace and reviewing settings before enabling automated actions.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for managing workspace members and permissions.
Connected services
You may connect third-party services such as Google Calendar, Slack, email sequencers, CRM systems, and payment providers. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms. You authorize AgentReplies to access and act on connected services only as needed to provide the features you configure. You may disconnect integrations at any time.
AI and automated actions
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, choosing approval modes, maintaining campaign and scheduling rules, and ensuring that messages and calendar events comply with applicable law and your obligations. Do not rely on AgentReplies for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Acceptable use
You may not use AgentReplies to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful spam, mislead recipients, distribute malware, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to data or systems. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any data you provide or connect.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is billed according to the plan and price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, charges are nonrefundable once a billing period begins. Payment processing is provided by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe's terms.
Your data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant AgentReplies permission to process that data only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to perform actions you request. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
AgentReplies property
AgentReplies and its software, design, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service while your account remains authorized and in good standing.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, AgentReplies disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, or error-free AI output.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AgentReplies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, or actions taken through customer-configured automation. AgentReplies' total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or cancel your subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes and contact
